Our two Portland properties are located within walking distance of each other on the northeastern end of the Portland peninsula. Below are driving instructions to each property from Route 295, which connects to both I-95 and the Maine Turnpike.

To 32 Congress Street:
Route 295 to Franklin Street (Exit 7) Travel 1/2 mile on Franklin Street, turn left on Congress Street. Follow Congress Street until it ends at the waterfront. Property is last house on right.

To 128 North Street:
Route 295 to Franklin Street (Exit 7) Travel 1/2 mile on Franklin Street, turn left on Congress Street. Follow Congress Street until it ends at the waterfront. Turn left on Eastern Promenade, after passing tennis courts, turn left on Walnut Street. At stop sign, turn right on North Street. Property is 4th house on left.

To 1093 Washington Avenue:
From Route 295 North, take Exit #8 - WASHINGTON AVENUE/26 NORTH.
Follow ramp as it bears to the left.
Ramp becomes WASHINGTON AVE - go 1.5 miles.
Pass through the Ray Street traffic lights, and slow down.
The house will be on your right, 4-5 houses after Ray Street.
It is a pale pink two-story colonial with maroon doors.
